Terms & Conditions
Whilst we accept your booking in good faith it is ultimately UKFT acceptance that will allow your booking.
The completion of the booking form by your club representative will constitute a booking made by every individual in your group.
The representative completing the booking form must be over 21 years of age.
All reservations are accepted subject to the following conditions by UKFT.
That all accommodation for 2020 is booked separately to the Football event
The law with regard to the non-permitted consumption of alcohol by u18s is strictly adhered to.
That the use or dealing in any drugs, theft & other criminal acts, vandalism or violence will be reported to the police and taken out of our hands.
Any damages, however caused, shall have to be paid in full & shall be the responsibility of the group leader.
Team Barbeques are not permitted on the football vneues
Accepting our term and conditions, you are also agreeing that we may if appropriate use any photographs taken by us or by our representatives of individual players or teams in any UKFT publicity or advertising documentation, our website and our brochure. Any requests not to be photographed must be made to the UKFT office and to the tournament organiser before the commencement of the event.

UKFT reserve the right to withdraw at any time any feature as listed on our website
Please note we do not offer any guarantees, and no financial adjustment is provided for under our standard terms and conditions in this regard.
In the very unlikely event that UKFT has cause to issue a notice of cancellation all fees together with accommodation payments will be refunded in full.
By the client(s):
If the entire party is unable to fulfill its participation in any of the events, the Registration fee and deposits etc, are likewise to be forfeited.
A cancellation after the payment of any final balance date shall be linked and governed by the terms and conditions of our contract. Cancellation charges are calculated from the day.
UKFT receive written instructions to cancel a booking. Please see below -

If you have to cancel any part of your booking this should be noticed to us in writing. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be 5 days after the written notification is received thereby allowing us to discharge the cancellation in due form.

All payments should be forwarded to UKFT to arrive by the specified deadline.
All payments for the Holiday Parks are to be in the form of cheques, cash, bank transfer, and credit or debit cards. All cheques payable to UK Football Tours and all payments to be made directly to UK Football Tours. All Team Registration fees also payable to UK Football Tours.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge is payable at the time of any credit card payment, there is no surcharge for debit cards.
Any returned unpaid cheques will incur a £20 administration fee
In accordance with “the package travel, package holidays and package tour regulations 1992” we are obliged to advise clients that all Player Registration & Team Fees will be held in a bond account on your behalf until the conclusion of the said competition and until all financial obligations have been honored.
All quoted tariffs are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate correct at the time of going to press. If however the duly change this rate you will be notified with any adjustment to your account, which must be adhered to.
You are requested to advise us of any special requirements or disabilities
within your group at the time of booking. A small number of special modified units for the disabled are available, these are limited, but every effort will be made to meet individual needs. Please state on the Caravan Occupancy form if there is anybody in your party who have special needs.
If there are any cases in your group please outline if the person(s) will be accompanied by a carer competent to attend their needs or not
All accommodation is self-catering and prices are per Caravan per break.
Please refer to accommodation page for caravan layout and consider double beds when groups are sharing.
The Holiday Park will be responsible for the caravan allocation and will make every effort to keep your group in the same area of the park, but this cannot be guaranteed, especially if a variety of grades are selected.
If your accommodation type cannot be met by UKFT we will offer you the nearest available alternative.
In the unlikely event that the holiday park has to change the accommodation units allocated, UKFT reserve the right to change the accommodation allocated up to arrival and anyone affected would receive a refund to the value of the change.
ALL TEAMS MUST BOOK ALL THEIR ACCOMMODATION DIRECTLY WITH UKFT.
TEAMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THIS CONDITION IS ADHERED TO.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS LOCAL TEAMS INVITED TO PLAY IN THE FESTIVAL IF WE HAVE SPACE FOR THEM.
All teams must complete the Team entry form and con rm they have the minimum Football Insurance required by your local Football Association. Should you require additional Insurance.
UKFT recommends that you contact your local insurance broker.
Dogs are NOT permitted for 2019 and will not be allowed at the festival
ADDITIONAL GROUP MEMBERS
It is possible to add extra players and extra guests at a later date, changes after the final payment date are at the discretion of UKFT.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
When completing the appropriate booking form, you are reminded that you have accepted these conditions on behalf of everyone in your group. You are therefore required to undertake the following.
To return the Booking form within 14 days of any email/telephone conversation to con rm the reservation.
Send payment of £150 per Caravan with the booking form (we will accept 2 monthly installments).
Complete the Caravan Occupancy forms (including the age of all under 21s) and Team Registration form within 28 days and send the appropriate Team and player fees.
All accommodation must have at least one adult (age 21 +) in them.
All teams must be registered with a County FA and be able to supply FA affiliation number.
To abide by all the conditions detailed on our website.
UKFT will endeavour to ensure all services, amenities and football tournament events are provided with no omissions.
However, we cannot be responsible if any service amenity is not provided or any football matches are lost due to inclement weather etc.
In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to offer a reduced schedule, in the event of no football being played the Team fee would be returned.
