** With all events like this there is a very small chance date could be affected by bad weather, in the worst case scenario FULL player refund given however the Team Fee would be retained to cover expenses incurred setting up such a big event.

Venue - Meadow Lane, Notts County FC

 

Team Entry - £25 per Team, non refundable payable within 7 days of our confirmation email

 

Player Fee - £15 per player this is payable from 1st -15th March

**Please note should Notts reach the play offs the event may be delayed or cancelled Player fee would be refunded.

 

SQUAD SIZE -  2017/18 season (you can use guest players from the same club or a mascot)

U7s & U8s - 5 a side - minimum squad size is 7 players no maximum 

U9s & U10s - 7 a side - minimum squad size is 9 players no maximum 

U11s & U12s - 6 a side - Minimum squad size 8

DATES & TIMES - per age group - matches will be played between the following times

SUNDAY 13TH MAY U7 - U10

Under 7s - 12pm to 4pm

Under 8s - 9am to 1pm

Under 9s - 2pm to 6pm

Under 10s - 9am to 2pm

FRIDAY 11TH MAY U11 & U12 

Under 11 & Under 12 - 5pm to 8.30pm

We welcome GIRLS teams - Fixtures can be offered to Girls Teams based on the same playing time as above but the exact format will be subject to the number of Girls applications that we receive

 

FORMAT

U7s & U8s - 2 matches of 18 minutes duration, no winners, every player given equal playing time and Quality medals for everyone...no pressure just lots of FUN 

 

U9s -U12 - 8 Team Competition with 3 Group Games (10mins) and a Final or Extra Game - Cup to the winners, Quality medals for all

 

Approx 40 minutes of football per team, as well as the excitement of the players entrance, changing rooms and Tunnel etc

All Players & Management enter via the Players Entrance

 

10  minutes per team in the Changing rooms

 

Walk out of the  tunnel to the match day music

 

3 of the teams Management are allowed to accompany the players

 

Each team to play 2 x 18 minutes or 4 x 10 minutes on the Notts County pitch against similar standard opposition (play one miss one basis)

 

Souvenir  Notts County embossed medal for every player these are HIGH QUALITY 60mm by 4mm

 

Souvenir Team Photo taken in the centre circle for every player 

 

Discrete video recording of matches with mobile phone will be acceptable but must not be obvious or in the way of proceedings especially round the  tunnel (must also have permission of opposition) THIS IS ONE PERSON PER TEAM 

 

Opportunity to purchase action shots from DE Photo

 

ALL Spectators admitted to the Stadium FREE and seated in the Main Stand behind the Dug outs

  

Teams will attend for approx 2 hours from entering the stadium to playing matches and receiving memento.

 

An enjoyable and memorable day for the entire family for £15 per player
