UK FOOTBALL TOURS 2024

WE SORT THE FOOTBALL & YOU SORT THE ACCOMMODATION

We are changing the rules, to make it affordable for everyone to attend a Bank Holiday Festival

UK Football Tours have organised Festivals since 2001 with teams attending our popular weekends from the North East, Yorkshire and Midlands and in 2024 teams can book OWN accommodation

Coastal Bank Holiday Festivals for Under 7s to Under 12s

THE PROCESS

May Day Bank Holiday weekends,  we are offering you the chance to attend a popular UK Holiday Resort on the popular May Day or Whitsun Bank Holiday weekends and simply organise and pay for your OWN accommodation, then a separate fee for the football event. The fee has increased £25 on last year to cover extra staffing and general material costs

Your Group is free to find any accommodation in the Filey/Scarborough/Bridlington area and once chosen, we recommend that each family books the accommodation individually.

At UK Football Tours we were able to give full refunds in 2020 & 2021, a number of other Festival companies  have not been able to do give refunds. For 2021 we had just 10 go ahead due to Covid, it would have been easier to cancel, but our event is about providing a quality service rather than finance, so we put in the effort to give those 101 children the best weekend possible.

The 2022 Filey Cup attracted 72 teams and in 2023 we had 89 teams, with 58 of those winning something during the weekend. For 2024 we have decided to increase slightly and have a maximum of 20 teams per age group, this will probably mean the 5v5 football being played at a separate venue

Due to the May Day being sold out by the end of July at some age groups. we have now added the Whitsun weekend to meet demand.

Last season's 75 teams (u7 to u11) have been given priority opportunity to rebook and more than 50 of them have booked within the first week !!!

We ask for a £100 non refundable deposit from each team when booking and the remaining payment will be requested on 31 January 2024

Our Tournament fee is of course higher than that of a local festival, due to the costs involved of advertising and organising.

We believe the price of this event is an excellent opportunity for teams to be able to go ON TOUR on a Bank Holiday weekend (see no need to rush back home Sunday night) with a company with 20 plus years experience and the freedom to decide were to stay
