Age Qualification
All age Groups are based on English FA guidelines for the 2011/12 season, for example
u12s players must be born after 1 September 1999

Pitches
All of our Tournaments are played on Grass pitches a few miles from the holiday centre.

Tournament Facilities

All Tournaments offer a variety of refreshments, changing and toilet facilities.

Transport

Teams will require own transport from the Holiday centre to the football pitches

Team Qualification

All participating teams must be registered to a County or Schools FA and must apply for permission to enter from their local FA. UKFT follow Football Association guidelines for u7s & u8s age groups. Representative and professional teams are not permitted to enter; up to 4 guest players are allowed provided the players have the permission of own Club.ALL TOURNAMENTS SANCTIONED BY THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION

Team Registration Fees

In addition to the cost of your accommodation a Team Registration Fee of £50 per team is payable

Player Registration Fee

Registration Fee of £8 per player, this payment along with the Team Fees will assist with the cost of Trophies, Ground Hire, Referees fees, accommodation for referees and helpers plus all other general Tournament costs.

Referees

Fully qualified referees are provided for all matches, 11 a side teams will be required to provide an assistant referee. All Referees receive free accommodation and expenses, anyone interested in being a Tournament Referee please give our office a call for further details.

Trophies

All players receive a guaranteed Trophy at a Presentation Evening on the final night, our 2012 individual player trophy opposite at actual size. In addition Trophies are presented to winning teams and players after each Tournament, also our popular Plate Competition at most age groups gives teams more chance of winning trophies (subject to team numbers).

Caravan occupancy

Our Caravans are provided by the leading UK Holiday Companies Haven & Park Resorts
Typical 2 Bedroom Caravan – Double Bed, 2 single Beds plus Bed in the Lounge area (except Gold)
Typical 3 Bedroom Caravan – Double Bed, 4 single Beds plus Bed in the Lounge area (except Gold)

Family Groups

UK Football Tours provide family orientated football weekends and have strict guidelines to maintain our excellent reputation with other teams and the Holiday Parks. We do not accept groups of 15 players with a couple of adults, all teams booking with UK Football Tours must have a minimum number of Adults who are responsible for the
supervision of the children at all times.

Using Your Own Accommodation

It is a condition of your entry to our Football Tournament and part of our agreement with the Holiday Company that all players and members of your Group must book accommodation direct with UK Football Tours. Your team will NOT be permitted to play if your group have not fully booked via UK Football Tours, wristbands will be issued to ALL guests which will be required for access to the festival and various parts of the Holiday Park.
Our prices are of course slightly higher than those quoted by the relevant Holiday Company; this is because we work full time to provide you with a quality football tournament in addition to all of the entertainment
available on the Park.Your Group are booking a Football Festival Weekend, which requires a large team
of football staff, NOT a standard family holiday.

FA Insurance

All teams must have Insurance cover to play in our tournaments, usually provided by your local FA
or your own Insurance Company.

Cancellation

All deposits of £30 per person are non refundable, however, minor alterations will be considered up to
30 November. If a member of your Group wishes to cancel, we will allow name changes at no extra
cost up to the final payment date.Our agreement is with the Team and not individuals and
it is the teams’ responsibility to deal with any cancellations.
